Closed Captioned Multimedia
The following was done for Lab 8 of the CMWEB 150 class.
The screenshot below demonstrates a closed captioned SMIL file using RealPlayer. There are many types of captioning. SMIL and SAMI are forms of closed captioning, where the captions can be turned off. Open captioning appears on the screen all the time and cannot be turned off.
